If you read my last announcement, you will know that I am launching a NEW channel. (It's already available for you to subscribe right now!) The launch date is TBD, but I want everyone prepared. 

What You Will Need

• Extra Thick Mat - I hated yoga because my bony self would hurt on the thin mats, so I discovered this 1" thick mat. Squishy goodness! NOTE: A thicker mat makes it harder to perform balance poses in yoga.
• ​Ankle Weights - You can't build a bubble but without real weights. 
• Resistance Bands - A great way to activate and exhaust your muscles without adding 10 ankle weights at once! The fabric adds comfort, and the thickness and rubberized interior keeps the band in place.

I will feature other items later on, but I don't want my viewers to spend a lot of money. I regularly use these three items. Even if you don't follow my workout routines, you will still use this workout equipment. Invest in yourself! :)
