​In my storytime video, I share my personal experience while working at The Container Store. I no longer work there; I'm not attending their meetings; I can't read their minds... so please understand that I cannot make any claims. I wanted to give insight to customers and push company into making actual positive changes throughout their company. I'd be happy to watch them them evolve.

This video focuses on their Covid-19 response, their stance on Black Lives Matter, the department's questionable floor plan, and overall treatment of their employees. I share my opinion after working there for 23 months, having multiple conversations with customer service agents and leaders, and undergoing several training sessions. Does The Container Store now have a hostile work environment? I will let you watch this video and decide.
