My 2019 Goals

HAPPINESS is my 2019 New Year's Resolution that I want to achieve through hangouts and self-awareness. This is a fun time capsule post that shows where I'm at in life, my career and YouTube, and my headspace.

HONESTY TIME! Last year in 2018, I set unrealistic goals and resolutions. My health improved and I traveled to new places, but the plans I set for my YouTube, side projects, and career never matched up. This year, I'm taking the time to create goals that I can achieve.

BUT, I did do well with my YouTube channel nonetheless, so I'll post here a subtle brag. (See image!)

I want to focus more on finding strong keywords, taking time to reflect on analytics (something YouTuber Crazy Nate is awesome at), and working on bigger projects that require more time and advanced editing skills. 

• Reach one million total video views
• Grow my audience to 10 thousand subscribers
• Develop a product under my brand

Personal Projects

I'm a freelance girl at heart. I love working on projects that help smaller businesses and giving it my all. I want to pick up a few more copyediting projects. (I find them relaxing actually.) However, I want to expand some. I'd love to be a digital & social media consultant and video creator. 

I also want to invest in myself further and develop unique skills. I want to take a PhotoShop class, so I can improve my content and help others. Every month, I want to take at least one Skillshare workshop or class. (I wish SkillShare.com would sponsor me, but I still stan them.)

​Lastly, I really do love gaming, especially The Sims 4. I want to develop a friendly community for all my fellow Sims lovers to hang out with me.  

Career

I want to find a career that challenges me, develops my independence, and brings job satisfaction. Since I'm still figuring myself out, I do not want to narrow my focus right now. I want to find a rewarding industry.
