Chloe Ting uploads at-home workout routines and full fitness programs on her channel. But can a Chloe Ting workout bring results? In my first video, I tried Chloe Ting's Hourglass Program that targeted abs and booty. She dedicated an entire page of her website to this program and created a schedule that lasted 26 days. I loved how polished she made the workout videos with capturing angles and tracking the time.
I am so busy with side hustles that I wish every day stayed under 30 minutes, but that's just me. I also struggled with motivation when I was just constantly repeating workout videos. Overall, I liked the individual workouts but not so much the program; but, I recognize that a lot of my critique comes from my personal preferences. Later on, I attempted an arm workout since my arms are very underdeveloped. Whenever I have time to workout, I often target the "womanly hot areas" ...aka the abs, booty, and legs.
But we're not done yet! I chose a Chloe Ting workout for another workout challenge video! Before, thigh gaps were all the rage, but I naturally had one, so I didn't bother. Now (2019 & 2020), people want to fill in hip dips, which seems like another impossible task. Nonetheless, I wanted that bubble butt!
I think Chloe Ting works hard on her channel, believes in her workouts, and appreciates her followers. She has integrity with her work, which is why I continue to watch and support her. I will continue to follow her routines on and off camera. I'm curious to know what you think! If you have done any Chloe Ting workouts, how did you go about doing them to get results?

Great videos.I also think Chloe is a great fitness guru and has a great assortment of videos to choose from plus her energy is contagious which makes it easier to keep motivated with your own workouts (for me at least).But I noticed the same thing with her videos about repeating a lot of the same exercises- in which case I just changed them out for something else so nbd, I just prefer more diversity like you. More of a personal preference than a criticism on Chloe. However, I also noticed she has a lot of cardio (I'm currently doing her flat belly challenge and did the 2 weeks shred at start of the year) which can actually be dangerous and slow down results if you do it in the long term (puts strain on your heart and makes it harder for your muscles to recover). Her flat belly is better at it but still 3 days back to back of HIIT workouts isn't the best so I've heard. Plus her not using weights also slows down the progress. I'd be curious to see what a trainer thinks of her programs and what advice they'd have. But either way she clearly knows how to gets results so nbd either way.

I am new to your page. Enjoyed the workout 2 week ab shred challenge I've started today and the arm workout. I'm tired but enjoyed the workout.
