Can you sculpt your calf muscles in 2 weeks? I took on the internet-popular 100 rep challenge and performed 100 calf raises in 14 days. I tracked my progress and am ready to reveal the results. I hopped onto the ledge of my fireplace, held on tight to the mantle, and began my workout challenge. I made sure to go slow to effectively tear the muscles. I hadn't worked out any of my leg muscles in months, so I felt like I jumped into this as a newbie. I used to have killer calves, but that came from walking around on campus, dancing throughout my day out of boredom, and wearing high heels or wedges to parties.
